Bellydance Practice Flow with Queenie
For the warmup we go back a decade in time, with a follow along dance to Ah we noss :) After this we move into the first combination with hip twists, a slide step and fun shoulder accents. Then it's time to practice our smooth moves! We go into a slow drill with undulations and figure 8 variations. The second combination is one of my favorites with flowing direction changes, and a transition step to which we add hip- and leg work. After this, we work on snake arms and hand ripples in a 16 count arm pattern. Last but not least, we take a look at the conga masri rhythm with a powerful combination. Fun!!
